Happy Tuesday, Transformation Friends.
For two weeks, I found myself nestled amidst the serene beauty of the East Coast of Canada, taking a well-deserved break with my extended family. The tranquillity of the surroundings, the ocean, and the warmth of many shared stories and laughs gave me a much-needed pause from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I’ll be back on track with my regular posts starting next week.
But for now, I encourage you to take a moment to breathe in the summer air and enjoy the sunshine—for those in the Northern Hemisphere and for our friends south of the equator, hang in there, summer is just around the corner! Take a moment to reflect on your mental well-being. As they advise on airplanes, you must secure your oxygen mask before assisting others. And, transformation begins within, doesn't it?

If you find yourself with a bit of extra time, you might also want to revisit my series on public sector value chains.
I’d also love to know what topics you’d like to see discussed here. Feel free to comment with your suggestions; I'll do my best to include them in future posts.
Even as we take a break, let's not lose sight of our shared goal: to go beyond the status quo, to lead transformation in the public sector, and to make a difference in the world.
I’ll see you Beyond the Status Quo.
